I just turned 50 and seeminlgy right around the same time I developed some slight cramping, nausea (very slight) and diarrhea. In addition when I don't have diarrhea, I have mush narrower, softer stools. The color seems fine. Any ideas on what it could be?

Hi Randy3978,
Any unusual changes in bowel habits/patterns warrants an evaluation by a physician. Have you had any diagnostic studies colonoscopy etc.? If not I would strongly suggest you do so.
Sincerely,
Rntdj
