Hey. I am 15 years old and Im sexually active with my girlfriend . We always have protected sex but unprotected oral sex. We had unprotected sex only once. On the head of my penis I have a redish area on the head which gets very dry either when I masturbate or comes in contact with my clothes sometimes. Ive had the dryness for more than 2 months and ive added some lotion for the dryness n it temporarily went away but come back about a month or so later. Could this be a Yeast infection? If it is, can I use an over the counter ointment or creme? Any information would be highly appreciated . Thank you.

 Hi Stayfly,
The symptoms you describe do not sound typical of a yeast infection but more of a possible irritation. You may want to use a water based lubricant during masturbation.
