Hello,
Nephrotic syndrome is a disease of the kidney that is associated with protein in urine (3.5mg/m2/24hrs), generalized body swelling and high lipid levels in the blood.
Nephrotic syndrome is not due to inflammation of the kidney's glomeruli.
