Had blood test, my GFR came back at 58. My dr. told me since my creatine levels were in the normal range, that I shouldn't worry about the 58 GFR, that that's just an "estimated" range. Should I be concerned?

Hello Meredith_Pierson,
A glomerular filtration rate (GFR) of 60 is considered normal in women (plus or minus about 10). In men it is closer to 70 plus or minus about 14.
I would not be concerned about a GFR of 58.
Best wishes.
