Hi kalu,
Currently (to my knowledge) there is no cure or prevention regarding Bell's Palsy, although there are treatments to decrease the side effects. Treatment of this disorder is aimed at reducing symptoms by the use of medications, particular attention to eye care, physical therapy, and occasionally surgical procedures to reduce lasting effects of facial paralysis and pain. A Neurologist can devise an appropriate treatment plan based on your needs.
Sincerely,
Theresa Jones, RN
