hi today i woke up with a nasty tension headache, i took some mildol but nothing helps.im feeling very anxoius about it which may make it worse.*sniff*does anyone have any tips or what i can do to treat it and even prevent it?.i also suffer anxiety attacks which are kind of taking over sometimes. i don't know what to do*sobs*

Hello,
Both muscular and psychogenic factors are believed to be associated with tension-type headache. There is nothing I could recommend to stop them. OCT analgesics such as NSAIDs are the mainstay of therapy. Taking your anxiety meds would also help.
