29, Male.
I felt I had an up-set stomach and raised to my feet, my head became tight, as from compression, and every set I took it bacame more tighter to the point my vision totally was gone, I was blind for 2-4mins.
I had to take constant deep breaths to regain my vision. I was terrified.
Don't have medical insurance, what should I do?
Problem have only occurred once. On 7-24-07.

There are various possible causes for this condition, also called "fleeting blindness." Since you can't afford a doctor, I wonder if there is some kind of program through your state that deals with visual impairment, services for the blind, etc. that might offer clinic evaluations or screenings. Call your local health department and inquire about this.
Good luck.
