23,female, pregnant,sur--1preg, ashma,allergies,meds flinsstones
5 weeks pregnant, major headaches,sore throat,(have to sleep with mouth open)ears aches too,coughing and sneezing yellow stuff, can only keep down soup,hot tea,crackers on day three, also hurts to turn head side to side.
doctors here say take over the counter tynenol but not working anything else i can take?

Hi Emmalou,
It sounds as if you have a raging cold going on. There are a few things you can do to help. The safest is to try using a saline nasal spray to help wash out your nose.
Decongestants with pseudoephedrine are generally considered safe during pregnancy. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is also safe.
Use caution when buying over-the-counter cold medicines because they generally have two, three or more medicines in them.
You can also ask the pharmacist at your local medication store to help find a medicine that is safe for you.
