My boyfriend insists he gets a headache everytime he gets a haircut. Is this possible or normal? Is it in his head or should he get it checked out?

I suspect he is tensing up, causing muscle contractions that are triggering headache. Perhaps he can benefit from learning relaxation techniques that could be employed the next time he has a hair cut. It seems like it would be worth a try. This can include yoga, self-talk, meditation, imagery (where you take yourself to anther place in your mind)
This must be pretty frustrating. Good luck.
Good luck.
