Hi,
I started getting pain in my throat in the area where my pulse is. I also started getting a numb feeling in my face and sometimes my head. It has happened around my ears as well. I'm just naturally wondering what could be causing this? Thanks.

I can only say that there are facial nerves which may have been affected somehow. It would take a visit with a doctor to determine what might be causing these symptoms. I'm sorry we cannot be more helpful.
Best wishes
