Is there any difference in the quality of the results of a closed or open MRI?
Is the noise level about the same?
Thanks for all your help.

Dear SusieQ1,
An open MRI still has about the same level of noise, maybe a little quieter. Some radiologists have said that a closed MRI produces better quality pictures, but an open MRI still shows the same results.
Thanks for writing in
