Im a 35 yr old male who, for the last 3 days, has had a throbbing sharp pain in my left temple area. The pain occurs every 30 seconds to a minute and lasts 2-3 seconds.

Hello Dogrodeo,
Your pain may be due to a migraine headache. Muscle tension is also possible. You can try using some of the over-the-counter headache medicines to see if these help (dosing per the bottle recommendations).
If this continues I would suggest that you see your doctor to have this checked out further.
Best wishes.
