My Vagus nerve is causing me to faint when having a bout of irritable bowel pain. Is there anything that can be done either by medication or surgery to calm or control the vagus nerve. It is ruining my life. Thanks.

Hi SusieQ1,
You may want to talk to a cardiologist about this. A tilt-table test may help determine if medications can help your condition. This test would be done by a cardiologist.
Best wishes.
