Hello,
You symptoms are shared by many diseases like: Anemia, it is very likely and should be excluded before any other causes. A complete blood picture is essential for diagnosis.
Psychiatric or psychological illnesses, particularly depression is the second likely cause but is usually considered after exclusion of all other causes.
Some people when stressed (physically and more mentally) get similar clinical picture and with the presence of dental or jaw problems their pain threshold is lowered and they start feeling severe jaw pain in addition to the generalized aches.
Chronic kidney, liver diseases, joint and muscle disorders can also give similar clinical picture. Infections especially chronic ones, immune or autoimmune disorders and tumors should be all excluded.
With thorough history and clinical examination your physician can find out the more likely cause and start investigations accordingly.
I would advise you to follow up with your doctor. Please keep us updated. Best regards.
