Hello --
This is not classic Kayser-Fleischer ring, although there is something slightly abnormal-looking about the iris surrounding the pupil; this, however, is not always an actual pathogenic sign and may be normal for the individual. KF rings form neatly around the outer border of the iris and are distinctly copper-colored. What I think you're seeing in this view is the darker brownish/black inconsistency around the border of the pupil, which if anything is not a KF ring.
