Had 1st dose of IV steriods, Solu-Medrol. Having severe pain in back, legs etc. Is this OK or should seek med attention?

 Hello -- This is neither okay nor is it normal. I'd definitely let the treating physician know what's happening, as this really is contrary to normal expectations.
