I have had this headache in the back of my head since Monday. So it's been 4 days. Nothing I take will take care of it. I can't sleep and any noises whatsoever bother me. Also I have this sore throat where it feels like it's closed up. I'm having a hard time talking and even opening my mouth. It hurts to swallow. It feels like my tonsils are swollen. Is there anyhting I can do?

Avoid sugar foods because it will supress the immune system and the the infection you may have could last longer. To eas your soar throat gargle and drink green tea because it will kill the bacteria and deactivate viruses. It will also boost your immune system helping you recover quicker. Also try to rest your throat and If you still have symptoms after a week that have not got better or have gotten worse then see your doctor.
