User avatar You cannot get cancer or AIDS from masturbating. You cannot get prostate cancer from masturbating.

You would need to provide a more accurate description of the rash in order to get a diagnosis.
Please provide your friends age, is he sexually active? What does this rash look like? Can you provide a picture?

I would be glad to try and answer your questions if you can provide the pertinent information.

User avatar please provide a link to the picture or at least a description of the rash. I really cannot offer any assistance until I have an idea of what we are dealing with.

User avatar where exactly is this at? does it hurt, itch, seep any fluids? the picture isn't very good, it is right in a shadow, but it looks like Tinea Cruris, a fungal infection of the skin in the groin.

The rash of jock itch starts in the groin fold usually on both sides. If the rash advances, it usually advances down the inner thigh. The advancing edge is redder and more raised than areas that have been infected longer. The advancing edge is usually scaly and very easily distinguished or well demarcated. The skin within the border turns a reddish-brown and loses much of its scale. Jock itch caused by T. rubrum does not involve the scrotum or penis. If those areas are involved, the most likely agent is Candida albicans, the same type of yeast that causes vaginal yeast infections.

Jock itch is best treated with topical creams or ointments since the fungus only affects the top layer of skin. Many of the antifungal medications require a prescription, but there are three that can be bought over-the-counter (OTC). The OTC antifungals are tolnaftate (Tinactin), clotrimazole (Lotrimin), and miconazole (Micatin). Creams used to treat jock itch should be applied twice a day for at least two weeks. Application can be stopped after the rash has been gone for one week. Creams should be applied to the rash and also at least two finger widths beyond the rash.

i have search online about prostate cancer and this is what i got

Scientists in Australia determined that men in their 20s who ejaculated more than five times a week were a third less likely to develop aggressive prostate cancer later in life.

The study suggests ejaculation by means of masturbation provides better protection than ejaculation in sexual intercourse because men can pick up infections from intercourse that actually increase the risk of getting prostate cancer.

LONDON - A new study suggests frequent masturbation by men in their 20s provides protection against prostate cancer later in life.

now tell me what all this about
