Hello,
Can anybody tell me of a good website that provides information about
eyelid surgery, facial surgery, cosmatic surgery, puffyeyes, droopy eyes?
Someone recommended http://www.puffyeyes.com. Any recommendations on this?

There are many websites with good information about medicine on the internet. The difficult part is determining which sites are giving good information and which are not.
In general I recommend using sites that are well known and validated such as WebMD. More obscure sites can give good information but you need to know what your looking for and what seems off.
Best wishes.
