Can I donate eggs to an infertile friend if I have a history of ovarian cancer? I kept both ovaries and have been healthy for over 10 years and there is no family history of cancer on either side of my family?

There are many requirements to be an egg donor candidate. I searched through several program requirements and none mention cancer in the past as a disqualifier; however, if you received chemotherapy or radiation it is quite likely that they would be concerned. This would need to be discussed with each program on an individual basis.
Other requirements are generally:
Age between around 21 or 22 to around 30.
Generally good health
Free of STD's
You may want to talk with your obstetrician to get information about egg donation in your area. Then you can talk with the egg donation specialist yourself.
Best wishes.
