Hi, I have a pain in the tubes of my left testicle (sometimes my right too) it can be gone for days then return, usually happens when walking and especially after a game of football but it can happen when I'm just sitting watching TV
Anyone know what's wrong?

Hello,
There are many possible causes of testicular pain, these include: trauma or surgery; torsion of the testicles; infections such as epididymitis or orchitis; varicocele and hydrocele; referred pain from a kidney stone; an inguinal hernia or pelvic congestion. Pain can also be referred to the testicles from conditions such as ureteric stones or spinal pathology.
I suggest that you have a direct evaluation by a urologist / andrologist in order to assess the possibility of infection or varicocele.
Good luck.
