30 yrs old female,
c/o swollen lymph nodes; throat, armpits, L groin side
w/ fever that between 99.4-100.4 never goes above 100.4,
fatigue,
light headache
bruises easy
occasionally itchy skin for no apparent reason
this happen for appx. 7-10 then gone, however I have had 4 episodes of this year
all bw comes back normal – even when I had mono
ct scan of abd came back normal
just found out that I have an enlarge spleen from mono couple yrs ago
past dx:
migraines
anemia when I was 8-9 yrs old - took iron
past surgeries
hysterectomy
hernia operation - groin
Fx HX
HTN
CA - lungs, ovarian
DM
no current medications

Hi Mammasnook,
Your symptoms do fit with lymphoma; however, there are many other possibilities as well, including a viral infection causing diffuse inflammation of the body.
I would recommend you see your doctor for further evaluation to determine if more work up needs to be done (which is likely to be the case).
