Hello my name is matt, age 18, sex male i have no previous diagnoses and no medications my question is very serious but may seem like a joke. My testicles hang about 6 inches from my body they obviously hang really low, they hang like this just about all the time and the right one is noticeably smaller. Most people do not know if this is a problem, but i have been told mutiple times that it is not natural. I was looking for additional advice or if i should have them looked at. I usually get a weird look from people if they see them as if they have never seen anything like them before. From what i have seen they don't look normal. please help me with this thankyou very much.

 Hi Matt,
Most likely this is simply normal variation. If you are concerned you can have your doctor evaluate this. If a specialist is desired, a urologist is the one to see.
