I'M SUFFERING FROM RHEUMATIC PAIN IN THE AREA OF THE PELVIS AND PARTICULARY ON THE LEFT HIP SINCE I WAS 12 YEARS OLD.

In general, non-steroidal anti inflammatory medications (such as ibuprofen and naproxen). The class of non-steroidals known as COX 2 inhibitor (such as celebrex, vioxx, etc.) are reported to have less side effects, including less GI irritation. These medications are often useful in arthritis type illnesses.
More specific treatment depends on the underlying cause of your pain. You may want to see a rheumatologist for further evaluation if you are able. This way you can get recommendations for a specific treatment plan that is taylored to your situation.
