 Hi Help me,
I am presuming that the mass you are feeling is on the testis and not elsewhere in the scrotum based on your post topic. If this is the case I would recommend you have this evaluated. Testicular cancer often presents as a painless mass in the testis. If caught early the prognosis is very good.
