Hello,
So I have this problem. On one of my nipples there are these pimple/wart type things. They are pretty big in comparison to my nipple. If I squeeze the bumps a thick, white fluid will come out. (Just a tiny bit). I noticed this a couple days ago and nothing seems to be changing. I am starting to get pretty stressed out because I have never heard about this sort of thing happening before. The "infected" nipple is pretty swollen and is roughly twice the size of the normal one. I don't think there are any lumps in my breast, but what do I know. Help?

Hello,
Its very difficult to tell what the breast pimple is without seeing it. However, it could be a plugged duct, milk blister or an abscess. Plugged ducts or milk blisters can get infected which may be the case given your nipple seems swollen. Is it painful?
