I have been on synthroid for two years for hypothyroidism. There has been a noticable lump in my throat for quite some time. Now it causes me breathing and swallowing problems at times. Three different doctors found a single nodule, but the ultrasound didn't show any abnormalities. What happens now?

Hi penelope,
I hope by this point other diagnostics, for example, a FNA (fine needle aspiration) of the nodule has been completed especially if your physician's opinion considered it suspicious in nature.
Sincerely,
Rntdj
