More information is needed to be able to assist you. Is the brownish / black dot raised above the skin or flat, growing bigger, ulcerating or bleeding? Is it painful or itchy? How old are you? Did it occur after sexual contact? Have you shown it to any doctor? Can you provide close-up views of the lesion?
