  leucovorin...... 200 mg/sqm IV over 30 min on days 1, 2, and 3.
  fluorouracil.... 400 mg/sqm IV continuous on days 1, 2, and 3.
  adriamycin...... 30 mg/sqm IV continuous on days 1, and 2.
  cytoxan......... 750 mg/sqm IV over 24 h on day 1.
  FREQUENCY....... Repeat course every 11 to 18 days, depending on 
                   toxicity.
