  dacarbazine..... 250 mg/sqm/day IV on days 1 to 5.
  adriamycin...... 60 mg/sqm IV on day 1.
  fluorouracil.... 400 mg/sqm/day IV on days 28 to 33.
  streptozotocin.. 500 mg/sqm/day IV on days 28 to 33.
  FREQUENCY....... Repeat this cycle every 56 days (8 weeks).
