cisplatin....... 60 mg/sqm IV day 1.
methotrexate.... 7.5 mg/sqm orally twice weekly.
bleomycin....... 15 U IM on day 1 and day 14.
FREQUENCY....... Repeat cycle every 28 days (4 weeks).
