cisplatin....... 75 mg/sqm IV day 1.
fluorouracil.... 1,000 mg/sqm/day continuous IV over 96 hours.
radiation....... 3,000 rads in 15 fractions from day 1 to 19.
FREQUENCY....... Repeat chemotherapy every 4 to 6 weeks.
