cytoxan......... 600 mg/sqm IV day 1.
vincristine..... 2.0 mg IV day 1.
adriamycin...... 30 mg/sqm IV day 1.
FREQUENCY....... Repeat cycle every 4 weeks for three cycles,
then repeat cycle every 6 weeks for one year.
