mitomycin....... 10 mg/sqm IV on day 1, at 8 weeks (day 56),
then every 12 weeks.
vinblastine..... 6 mg/sqm IV on days 1, 15, 22, and 29, then
every 2 weeks.
cisplatin....... 100 mg/sqm IV on days 1, at 4 weeks (29 days),
at 8 weeks (57 days), and then every 6 weeks.
FREQUENCY....... Specified above.
