The other night i punched a phone box as hard as i could. My knuckle has now disapered and i am unable to close that finger to a fist. can you tell me what the problem is and any possible solutions

Hello, The only way to know the extent of the damage is to have an x-ray. Hand injuries should get attention to preserve function as best as possible. See your doctor.
Next time, try punching something soft, but unbreakable - and not a person!
