Hello, Overhead lifting limitations with three disc herniations in the neck depends on the level and extent of the herniation. It also depends on the symptoms - pain, numbness, tingling, weakness. The neurosurgeon should determine the extent of herniation via MRI and can make any specific recommendation. Sorry I can't be more specific but need more information. Let us know how it goes.
