My question is that os trapezium stand ok.
I would like the have yours opinion.

 Hello,
I see your concern with the trapezium - the distance between the trapezium and the first metacarpal.
I looked at some normal xrays of the hand and some do show this type of relationship therefore it is not concerning. And I see no fracture lines in the trapezium.
You may also double check with the radiologist.
