Last month in April, I got injured while playing football (soccer), some tackled me causing a break just above the lateral malleolus and also causing my medial malleolus (or interior akle bone) moving out of place. I did surgery on both sides, pushing my interior ankle back in place while puting a stainless steel plate on the fibia bone starting from my exerior ankle. I wanted to know how long does a noraml bone take to grow back and plus how long before my ligaments also grow back as I believe when my bone moved out o place, the ligaments tore as well. I currently am on bed rest, have gone out a couple of times, hop at times to reach the toilet and other short trips at home. Can this cause my plate to move from its position. I have 7 screws holding it into place. Please advice.

Sorry to hear about your fractured and dislocated ankle.
It sounds like your orthopedic surgeon recommended no weight bearing on the foot.
That can be achieved by using crutches. Bedrest should be for a limited time only. Activity as tolerated is the rule as long as you protect the ankle.
But going out of the home or to the bathroom should not injury or damage the ankle as long as you are following the weight bearing precautions. A good set of crutches is in order.
You may also benefit from straight leg raises in bed to maintain the hip strength.
