I had hammertoe repair surgery in 2006, on 3 toes on the right foot. Yesterday I jarred one of the toes severely and now believe it is broken. Should I just tape the allegedly broken toe to a companion toe and forget about it, or is it best to see a physician?

Hello, The only way to tell if the toe is broken is to get an x-ray so yes seeing a physician is a good idea. Take care.
