I have just started to get sore knuckles on all my fingers and when i make a close my fingers they lock up....also my knees poop, feet hurt after being on them for a period of time. don't know whats going on ?????

 Hello,
Multiple painful and stiff joints in the hands and feet warrants x-rays and blood tests for rheumatoid arthritis (rheumatoid factor, sed rate, CRP, anti-CCP, CBC).
For pain relief use NSAID's until testing is complete.
Obviously, this will be coordinated through your family physician as he/she will do a thorough history and physical to better define and treat your condition.
