What are the exercise to eliminate the pain Herniated disk L5-L6? Prolonged sitting is not good for herniated disk? and thank you for your reply

What's you ability to walk? Walk around 1-2 miles as long as there is no pain due to walking.

What are your symptoms in the Hip, thigh, lower leg and foot?

What's your herniation like - protrusion or an extrusion? Its difficult to recover from extrusions is what I heard (I have this problem).
