I have a 3 month old that was admitted into the hospital over night for a sleep study, due to acid reflex. While doing his vitals i noticed his blood pressure 107/70 isnt that high for an infant?

Yes, those readings are high for his age.
But in order to diagnose hypertension, two or more readings taken on different occasions have to be high, and readings must be taken while the infant is quiet and preferably asleep.
