my 6 week old is female she has a rash on her checks, chin, and neck. it is causing light spots on her chin and checks. her skin is very dry. i have eczema do you think she could have it to.

It is possible that she has eczema. It may also be "baby acne". The light spots may be post-inflammatory hypopigmentation that will return to normal color over time.
I would recommend that your daughter be seen by her pediatrician to take a look at the rash. She should have a regular check up coming up soon. You can probably wait until then unless you are concerned.
