I've been masturbating since I was 11, before I hit puberty. I'm now 17 and have all signs of puberty (pubic hair, deep voice, etc.) except penis size. My penis is still small and looks the same as it did when I was 11, can prepubescent masturbation have caused this? How can I fix this?

Hello, No, masturbation does not affect penis size so don't stress over that.
You should discuss this with your family doctor who may want to run tests for hormones and determine your stage of sexual development. There is no quick fix for penis size, despite what you may see advertised on the internet.
Best wishes.
