Hello,
I had a spot on my scrotum which i popped as if it was a spot on my face, the normal white puss came out. I did this a further 2 times. Now i have a big lump (under the skin not testicle), the lump is around 8mm in size from side to side and is raised about the same height. What is it?
Thanks
DB

Hi dbaker1201,
The scrotum has many oil glands (sebaceous glands). Occasionally cysts (sebaceous cysts) may arise and when opened may drain a white substance. Regardless of the cause I would suggest an evaluation.
Sincerely,
Rntdj
