I have a 4 and a half year old and she has red spot on her toes. Skin under her toes is red (red spots) and one started bleeding yesterday. Is a fungal infection? Can it be the heat or sandals? Please advise!
Thanks!

Dear clcespedes,
I'm afraid your description is very brief and skin lesions are often difficult to diagnose except by direct evaluation. This and the fact that there has been bleeding calls for a visit to the doctor.
