my daughter who is 11 mth old has just recently gotten over a fever/flu. about 3 day's after her recovery she developed a rash all over the trunk of her body, the rash is pimple like,raised, coloured and difficult to see unless up close. it has also been very hot where we live and she does sweat when she sleeps .it does'nt seem to irritate her and there is no other symptoms. could you please help determine what this is, thank you

Hello,
This sounds like sweat/heat rash.
It's nothing serious. It would help if you bath your child with cool water, dress her in light cotton clothing and avoid the heat as much as possible.
