My 7 month old son has a rash all over his body that looks like hives but it does not itch. It does not seem to bother him, he is as happy as can be. This is day four and it is not getting better but not getting worse. What could this be and what can I do to get rid of it?
Help in Woodstock.

You can try over-the-counter antihistamines, if that is not effective, then go see your doctor immediately.
