A one inch round soft lump appears behind ear on the left side of my couple months old baby's head. It's feels like fat ball and seems painless.
Other than that, he is a healthy baby.
Anything i need to concern? Is it lymph nodes?
Thanks

Yes, it is probably a lymph node, but are you sure it's one inch, that is a little bit big.
Has he suffered any recent infection, and finally is it movable or fixed in its position?

Sorry.. I mean 1 cm.
He just had vaccination (3 shots on his thigh) few days ago when he reached 2 months old. I am not aware of any infection tho.

Well, in that case, you needn't worry at all.
We start paying attention to a lymph node when it is about 2-2.5 cm.
