My baby is 17 months old. He has 2 front bottom teeth. and 1 front upper tooth (right) The left front tooth hasn't come out, and yet the side teeth are already coming out. Is this normal and will his front left tooth eventually come out or will there remain a gap

You should see a dentist about this as the tooth may simply be trapped and unable to emerge.
